Arthur Jean Baptiste, an LPN in Waveny’s Memory Care Community for the past three years, has been selected as one of Leading Age Connecticut’s “Aging Services Award of Excellence” recipients.
Arthur goes above and beyond his stated job description to deliver excellent resident care, safety and performance. In addition to being courageous and hyper-anticipatory in saving choking victims (residents) in three separate instances in the past year, there’s nothing he doesn’t do exceptionally well. His energy and demeanor is always bright, resilient and accessible, he is a quick learner and adaptor to new policies and procedures in a challenging clinical environment, is a natural born leader, has solid management acumen, and above all, is meticulously consistent in providing compassionate care to our residents. It’s simply an enormous privilege and our pleasure to work with Arthur, and we’re thrilled to have him on our team.
