Thank you for supporting Waveny LifeCare Network. Your donation will help us continue to provide the most compassionate care for our patients, residents and clients as well as expand our scope of services to help more families thrive in our communities.
Tax deductive gifts can be made in several ways:
Donate by Credit Card
Your tax deductible donations can be made using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AmericanExpress card.
Donate by Check
Please make your tax deductible check payable to Waveny LifeCare Network and mail to the attention of the Advancement Office at 3 Farm Road, New Canaan, CT 06840.
Donate Stock or other Securities
To transfer securities to Waveny, please contact Kim Polley Genzburg at (203) 594-5262 or kgenzburg@waveny.org for the account information to provide to your broker.
Matching Gifts
Your contribution to Waveny LifeCare Network may be eligible for a matching gift from your employer. Some companies will double or even triple your donation.
- Contact your company’s Human Resources department to learn about your matching gift program.
- Send us the Matching Gift paperwork (provided by your employer) with your gift.
- We will certify that we received your donation and return any needed materials to your employer.
