MERRITT PARKWAY
Northbound – Take Exit 36 and turn left onto Route 106 (Old Stamford Road). At third light, turn right onto Farm Road. Entrance to the Care Center and The Village is the first driveway on your right.
Southbound
Take Exit 37 and turn left onto Route 124 (South Avenue). At first traffic light, turn left onto Farm Road. Entrance to the Care Center and The Village is on your left just after New Canaan High School.
NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY (I-95)
North or South – Take Exit 11 and head north on Route 1 (Post Road), toward Darien. Turn left onto Route 124 (Mansfield Avenue, across from fire house). Stay on Mansfield Avenue, which becomes South Avenue in New Canaan. Proceed across the Merritt Parkway overpass and turn left at the traffic light onto Farm Road. Entrance to the Care Center and The Village is on your left just after New Canaan High School.

Southbound
Take Exit 40B towards US-7 N. Slight right onto US-7 N/Danbury, follow until you reach your destination on your right.

North – Take Exit 15 toward US-7 N. Take US-7 N and continue on US-7 N, destination will be on your right.
South – Take Exit 15 toward US-7 N. Take US-7 N and continue on US-7 N, destination will be on your right.
